Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process

To return an item, firstly contact us at the contact details below and then place the item securely in its original packaging to send us back. The shipping details will be shared by email once you contact us.

Please note, only the non-customised products can be returned and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Exception to this is if the product is defective or damaged before you receive it. In this case we will send you a replacement and we will be responsible for all the shipping and item costs regardless of whether the product is customised or not.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. It might take 1-5 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Customised items (the items you modified the existing design or you make the design) cannot be returned or exchanged as they are produced just for you and cannot be resold to anyone else.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us as soon as you receive the product at the contact details below to arrange an exchange regardless of whether the product is customised or not. In this case we will send the exact same design and case type as a replacement.
